Returns

Our returns policy is

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as intimate or sanitary goods and some medicines/supplements.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care items

* Sale/Clearance items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any Product which is sold in group and incomplete package is returned.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery (if applicable)

Exchanges

Exchanges for any eligible products purchased from the Site is available up to 6 working days from the date of delivery. To submit an exchange request, please email us at [email protected] and we shall provide instructions to complete your exchange.

Any successful product exchange request shall receive a credit of equal value to be redeemed within the Site.

Refunds

Refunds for any eligible products purchased from the Site is available for up to 5 working days from the date of delivery. To submit a refund request, please email us at [email protected] and we shall provide instructions to complete your exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card issuing institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be refunded unless defective at the time of delivery.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they shall enquire about your return.

 

Cancellations

We strive to fulfill your orders at our earliest hence any order cancellation through the website can only be processed within 24 hours after the order was placed with the exception of ‘Same-Day’ delivery options.

All orders are confirmed via call or email within 24 hours after confirmation we dispatch product within 24 hours so all cancelations can be done within 24 hours otherwise Return Policy will be applicable on the order.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

The following products purchased from the Site are classified as defective and are eligible for a complete refund within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase:

*Faulty products that do not operate as advertised.

*Products damaged upon arrival (Please send Details via Email within 24 hours)

*Products not the same as described by the label or description in the Site.

*Product not suitable for the intended use as described by the Site.

Please notify us about the defective items at as soon as the defects are discovered by emailing us at [email protected] and we shall handle your claim with utmost urgency.
